The family consists of the father, a retired government officer, and the mother, a government officer. There is one younger brother who is currently employed. The extended family is well-established and respected: on the maternal side, one uncle is a director at a real estate company in Dhaka, and three aunts are employed (one is deceased). On the paternal side, one uncle runs a business while another is Deputy Managing Director at a shipyard company in Dhaka, and all three aunts are homemakers.
